Registration

The online registration system is accessible on line (section JOBIM 2016).

Submissions

The online abstracts submission system is open since March 1st and submissions closing date is April 29th. All submissions must be sent online using the conference site and require to have an account on the Sciencesconf.org or HAL services. The Sciencesconf.org account creation procedure can be accessed from the submission page or directly from this link.

All submissions must be sent as extended abstracts with a maximum length of 2000 words, this for both oral communications and posters. There is no specific format for submissions that must be sent as simple text through the form available on the web site. Lastly, submissions can be written either in english or in french.

Also, note that the conference registration service is completely independant from the one used for abstract submission. The opening of a Sciencesconf.org account does not mean you are registered or pre-registered to the conference.

Conference venue

The conference will take place on the Jacques Monod site at l'École Normale Supérieure de Lyon (ENSL). The instructions to access this site are available here. Pleinary sessions will be located at amphitheater Charles Mérieux.

Accomodations

Warning, due to the European football championship that will take place in France, some of the matches will be played in Lyon. Therefore many hotels will be fully booked very quickly. Information for hotel reservations are available at OnlyLyon.
